For Non-Saudi Residents:
In Saudi Arabia If you’re living in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama, you may need a Singapore visa.
For Non-Saudi Residents in Saudi Arabia:

Valid passport – with at least 6 months validity and one blank page
