Required Documents for Saudi Residents

• Completed and signed Schengen visa application form

• Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least 3 months after departure)

• Copy of Iqama (residence permit)

• Two biometric photos (white background, recent)

• Travel health insurance (minimum coverage €30,000)

• Flight reservation and hotel booking

• Proof of financial means (bank statement for the last 3–6 months)

• Employment letter or sponsorship letter

• Visa fee payment receipt

• Iqama valid for at least 3 months from the planned date of completion of the trip to the Schengen area
• Copy of Electronic Exit Re-Entry. The visa must be valid beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Schengen States. The expiry date of the Iqama needs to be shown on the exit re-entry visa submitted.
• Current account statement issued by the bank for the last 6 months
